I was so excited to hear that this exhibit was coming to Ontario! Marilyn Monroe: Life as a Legend is an international traveling exhibit that will be ending its run in Canada on May 18th at the McMichael Art Gallery in Kleinberg, Ontario. It features many photographs, art and actual items owned by Marilyn Monroe herself! I attended opening day and had an amazing time. The photographs were stunning and the exhibit, Marilyn in Canada, was excellent and featured many photos I hadn't seen before.
My favourite part was seeing the shoes that were once owned by Marilyn. It felt surreal to actually be that close to something that she owned.
I highly recommend the exhibit to everyone!
